About
All the jewellery on this website is handcrafted by Jenny Hallas.

I have been making jewellery for about 1 year. My inspiration comes mainly from current trends and fashion and the chance to change the colurs from that fashion to create truely unique pieces. With my handcrafted pieces I always make it thinking "I would wear this!" or "This is too nice to sell".

In 2009 I have launched a new Summer collection which includes greens, blues and browns.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier simply click on add to basket of the item you wish to buy. This will then take you through to the paypal shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping if you wish to buy another item or proceed to checkout. Once you proceed to checkout you will be asked to enter your paypal details if you have an account or you can enter your credit card details if you do not have an account. (We do not see your financial details at any point).

Paypal will then send you an email to confirm the transaction.

You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming acceptance of your order within 24hrs.

Payment methods
We currently use paypal to process orders so you may use your paypal account to pay for your order or alternatively if you do not have a paypal account you may use your credit card or cantact us to arrange payment via cheque made payable to Jenny Hallas.

Orders
By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract.

Packaging
All items come in a gift box or organza bag details of which are shown on the product description.

Bespoke Service
I offer a bespoke service in which we can work together to create something completely original maybe for an upcoming wedding, prom or special occasion. Alternatively you may like an item on the website customised i.e change colours, size, length etc if so please email me to discuss your requirements. A deposit will be required prior to me starting the item of jewellery.

Postage
For all UK orders the delivery costs are £2.50 no matter how much you spend! If you spend over £50 delivery is free.

All international customers will be liable for any customs/duty or charges which apply to their specific country.

Delivery
We aim to deliver items within 2-3 working days. For customised designs this may be longer depending on the requirements but will be confirmed by email when the order is made. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your items within 2-3 working days you will be contacted.

Returns/Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days returns policy. Please contact us by our contact form to advise you are returning the item and we will then provide you with instructions for returns.

We will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customised items cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event that an item is found to faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund (including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange. I will also repair any links in handmade items if required, simply contact me and arrange for this service. This repair service is free of charge.

Out of stock items
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen to show they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock we will email you to see if you wish wait for the item or cancel your order.

Privacy Policy
As we use Paypal we do not see any of your financial data once a purchase is made. The information we do collect includes name, address, telephone number and email address which we do not disclose to any third parties and is only used in the event of an order enquiry, mistake, or other reason relating to your purchases. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising of such use of the website is subject to English Law.
